I had a mixed experience at Vip Executive Zurique Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which really made a difference during my stay. However, I was disappointed with the outdated decor and uncomfortable beds, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but the Wi-Fi connectivity was frustratingly poor, especially when I needed it for work.

Rooms
5.0
The room was clean but the beds felt like bricks and the pillows were too flat. The outdated bathroom could use some maintenance, and I found it difficult to sleep well because of these issues.
Service
7.0
The service stood out to me. The staff, especially at the reception and bar, were friendly and accommodating. They even helped me retrieve my forgotten phone without a fuss.
Location
8.0
Its location was quite convenient, being near a metro station and local attractions. I appreciated how easy it was to get around the city and reach eateries within walking distance.
Dining
6.0
While I didn't have breakfast, I noticed others enjoying a good variety. I also liked the drinks from the bar where the service was quite commendable.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had standard amenities, which was sufficient, but the lack of a properly functioning air conditioning system was a downside. The lack of attention to the pool area also made me question the overall maintenance.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Vip Executive Zurique Hotel. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. but I encountered several issues that left me feeling less satisfied overall. The room was clean and offered decent amenities, yet air conditioning was centrally controlled and made it uncomfortably warm at night. Also, parking options were limited and felt overpriced for what was offered.

Rooms
6.0
I found the room generally clean with enough space, but the air conditioning was a major downside due to being too warm. Given that we had to open the windows for some relief, the street noise became a problem for sleeping.
Service
6.0
While the reception staff were efficient and spoke good English, I felt that they lacked warmth. The porter, however, was a standout, assisting me with my bags during my room change. I just wished for more knowledge about local information from the front desk.
Location
8.0
The hotel is fairly well-placed near the bull ring and close to public transport, making it easy for me to navigate around Lisbon. This was a plus, especially being just a short taxi ride from the airport.
Dining
6.0
I only dined at the hotel restaurant once for the buffet, which was fine but very basic. While I appreciated the options available, the breakfast could have offered more local flavors. The bar food was quite enjoyable, though.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had various facilities, but the poorly organized parking and insufficient lifts during peak times were notable irritants. On top of that, I expected a more stocked minibar in my room.

6.2/10

I wasn't super impressed with my stay. While the location was convenient, the room had a lot of downsides, like thin walls that let in a ton of noise and hard beds that were really uncomfortable. On the bright side, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet had decent options.

Rooms
6.0
The comfort of the room was lacking, with hard beds and noisy neighbors that made it tough to sleep. I found the decor a bit dated and the lighting in the room could have been better. There was also no fridge or kettle, which was inconvenient until the fridge was offered just before my check-out. I did appreciate the clean towels, though.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance and they seemed genuinely nice. However, I had a weird interaction when I needed a key recut - the response I got wasn’t very engaging. They could definitely improve on service consistency.
Location
8.0
On the plus side, the location was pretty good, close to transport options, making it easy for me to get around. It wasn't too far from attractions either, which was a plus for my work trip.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had a good variety, but it felt like there could have been a bit more effort put into it. The coffee queues were lengthy, which was a bit of a hassle. Dinner buffet was nice, though, and I'd say it was good value overall.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had some basic facilities, like a bar for a quiet drink. My overall experience was okay, but there are definitely areas in need of improvement, particularly with the room comfort and amenities.

5.8/10

I had a mixed experience at the Vip Executive Zurique Hotel. While the friendly staff and the clean rooms were definite highlights, I struggled with the small elevators and the inconsistent quality in the breakfast offerings. Overall, it served its purpose for a brief stay while being close to the airport and downtown Lisbon.

Rooms
6.0
The room was generally clean, though the carpet had noticeable stains, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, but I wish the fridge had kept my drinks cooler.
Service
6.0
The check-in staff at midnight seemed somewhat unfriendly, though I appreciated the cheerful service during the morning check-out. I also found the porter helpful when I needed assistance with my luggage.
Location
7.0
Conveniently located near public transport and various eateries, the hotel was easy to reach from the airport. However, it felt a bit distant from the city center attractions, requiring a taxi for longer trips.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, but I found it repetitive over the days, and some of the fruits weren't fresh. The bar service was a pleasant spot to unwind after a long day exploring.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel boasted useful facilities like free Wi-Fi and a nice pool area for relaxation. However, the elevators were frustratingly small and seen as a clear design flaw since they struggled with even just two people and luggage.

6.6/10

My stay at the Vip Executive Zurique Hotel was fairly decent overall. The friendly staff and quick check-in process were great, but the outdated feel of the building and lack of reliable Wi-Fi were significant downsides. While the breakfast offered a nice variety, my experience would likely drive me to seek other accommodations in the future.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that helped me catch up on much-needed sleep. However, the outdated decor and a stained carpet marred the overall impression.
Service
8.0
The service was a highlight, with staff always eager to assist. The bartender was particularly notable for his attentive service and knowledge, and check-out was cheerful.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the airport and a train station, making it easy to travel around Lisbon. However, it's in a more business-oriented area, which lacks some tourist attractions.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including ham, eggs, and pastries. However, I had to wait in line for coffee mugs, as they ran out frequently in the busy dining area.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel offered standard amenities and a decent pool, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow and the common areas could benefit from renovation to improve the overall ambiance.
